General Observations

In Burke County, Georgia, there were no aberrations or issues noted between the original vote count and the recount data.

There was one race that threw me for a loop and that was the Chief Magistrate position. The amazing number of write in votes for this position was quite surprising. Would be interesting to investigate this race more.
