General Observations

In contrast to some of the more challenging scenarios we encountered, Catoosa County presented a relatively smooth recount process. During the analysis, it was encouraging to see a strong alignment between the election day data, the ballot images, and the cast vote records.

No issues were identified in the original count.

The rise in the new ballot count of 28 is not addressed in the official results. No clue on why these ballots didn’t make it to the official results.
