General Observations

It appears that the original set of ballot images was missing more than 10,000 BMD ballots from the set, rendering the analysis incomplete.

Recount Observations

There were 598 ballots that did not appear in the recount Cast Vote Records, accounting for the discrepancy in the recount numbers. On closer inspection, it became apparent that these ballots had been double-scanned during the recount. The election workers identified this issue and took appropriate action by removing these duplicates from the cast vote record and the official count. Their attentiveness and corrective measures in resolving this matter are commendable.
